This class is a great athletic body workout with interval training and cardio. You’ll be utilizing Kettlebells, bands, your own body weight, and the Bosu ball.

I am a passionate health care provider and fitness instructor. My love for fitness began in my early teens. As a working wife and mother of two, I know that it’s not always easy to find time to work out. Although making and setting aside time to exercise and invest in your health is important! I feel blessed to help motivate and push others to reach their fitness goals and be the best versions of themselves.
