F.I.T. with Katricia
This class is a great athletic body workout with interval training and cardio. You’ll be utilizing Kettlebells, bands, your own body weight, and the Bosu ball.
I teach a F.I.T. class at Workouts Unlimited. Fitness and health have always been a passion of mine and I feel it is important to make it a part of our lives. For me, I enjoy running and strength training. My goal is to be an inspiration to others.
