Spin Tabata with Kadi
Combination of Spin and high-intensity interval training that consists of eight sets of fast-paced exercises each performed for 20 seconds interspersed with a brief rest of 10 seconds.
I have been teaching classes at Workouts Unlimited for over 8 years. I am currently teaching Spin, Silver Sneakers F.I.T/ Stretch, Body Sculpt and Yoga. I enjoy helping people reach their goals and motivating them on their fitness journey. I enjoy spending time with my husband, Devin, and my two kids, Reisling, and Everett.
