Spin with Amy (Gym)
Spin is a fun way to burn calories and tone. Instructors guide participants through workout phases: Warm-up, steady uptempo cadences, sprints, climbs, cool-downs, etc. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. All you’ll need is workout clothes, a towel (to wipe your face) and a water bottle.
I have a 9-year-old son named Ethan. I love instructing fitness classes and helping members achieve their goals. I teach spin/HIT and Spin Fusion. I believe that having a challenging workout routine combined with healthy eating will improve your life. I am an instructor at Xcelerate Fitness in Reedley and Workouts Unlimited. In my classes, I love changing the workouts and music daily. You will never walk into my class and do the same thing. This creates change in your body and challenges your limits.
Fitness is a journey, not a destination, it must be continued for the rest of your life.
