I have a 12-year-old son named Ethan. I love instructing fitness classes and helping members achieve their goals. I teach Spin, Sculpt, Spin Fusion, and Silver Sneakers. I believe that having a challenging workout routine combined with healthy eating will improve your life. In my classes, I love changing the workouts and music daily. You will never walk into my class and do the same thing. This creates change in your body and challenges your limits.

Fitness is a journey, not a destination, it must be continued for the rest of your life.
