Blueberry Banana Muffins (no added sugars)
• 2 cups flour
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp salt (optional)*
• 3 large over ripe bananas mashed
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup wild blueberries
*add in your collagens, protein powdered, and flax seeds

Bake 350 degrees for 20-23min

Bowl #1: Mix all dry ingredients
-Flour
-Cinnamon
-Backing Soda

Bowl #2: Mix the rest
-Bananas
-Eggs
-Apple Sauce
-Vanilla Extract

Combine bowl #1 and bowl #2
Once combined add in blueberries and transfer mix to a muffin tin
