Allison Sandquist

I have been involved in the health industry since 1996 when I began as a Personal Trainer. As a mom of three young children, I enjoy the flexibility of being a personal trainer and I understand first-hand the importance of investing in your well-being in order to maximize your life potential. I enjoy working with a variety of clientele whether you are new to exercise, working through an injury, need the motivation to maintain a healthy lifestyle or looking to improve athletic performance. I have been an athlete and exercised consistently my entire life but I still find the best results when I am pushed by someone else.
