A guilt free, comforting breakfast that channels all the beloved flavors of everyone’s favorite winter dessert!
Ingredients Needed:
- 1/2C rolled oats
- 1/3 C Plain Non-fat Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 C Almond Milk
- 1 T maple syrup
- 1 t chia seeds
- 1/4 diced apple- use your favorite!
- Cinnamon to taste
Add all ingredients to a container with a lid, and stir to combine. (I recommend using a small mason jar for this recipe.) Let your oats sit refrigerated overnight and enjoy the next morning! You may serve cold or warmed up. Both options are equally delicious!
